We do NOT collect: Credit/debit card numbers, bank account logins, social security numbers, driver's license info, biometric data, or any unnecessary personal identifiers. Payment data is handled through manual, off-site methods and never touches our servers.

No other third parties — no analytics companies, no advertising networks, no data brokers — ever receive your information. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook pixels, or any tracking scripts on our website.

4. Payment Information & Discretion

Because we use manual payment methods (Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, Bitcoin, bank transfer, gift cards, etc.), your payment details are never entered on our website. You receive payment instructions via email and complete the transaction through the chosen platform directly. We do not store:

• ❌ Bank account details
• ❌ Cryptocurrency wallet private keys
• ❌ Payment app login credentials

For crypto payments, we generate a one-time wallet address. No payment information is retained after order completion.

5. Data Retention

We retain order information (name, address, email, order details) for 12 months from the date of your last order. This allows us to handle refunds, replacements, and tracking inquiries. After 12 months of inactivity, we permanently delete all personally identifiable information. Anonymous order statistics (product popularity, shipping times) may be kept for internal analysis but cannot be traced back to you.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@herbalincense-usa.com. We will comply within 5 business days, provided no pending order or dispute exists.
