Order Status Explained

Here’s what each order status means:

  • On Hold: Your order is awaiting payment. Please contact us via live chat or email for payment instructions.
  • Processing: Payment has been received, and your order is being prepared for shipment.
  • Completed: We’ve finished processing your order, and it has been handed over to the courier for shipping. You will receive courier tracking details via email.
  • Failed: Payment was not completed within 24 hours. Please contact us to resolve the issue or place a new order.
