At Herbal Incense USA, we value transparency, quality, and fairness. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we have a strict—but customer-conscious—refund policy.

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
All products are final sale once shipped, for safety, hygiene, and compliance reasons.


✅ Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or reshipment in the following situations:

1. Lost Packages

  • If the tracking number shows no movement or the package is marked as lost by the courier.

  • We will verify this with the carrier before issuing a refund or reshipment.

2. Damaged Products

  • If your order arrives visibly damaged, please send photo evidence of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

3. Incorrect Items Received

  • If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo.

  • We will ship out the correct product or issue a refund/credit.


💳 Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed as either:

  • Store credit (fastest option)

  • Refund to original payment method (BTC, ETH, USDT, CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay)

Please allow up to 3–5 business days for processing, depending on your payment method.

If you believe you’re eligible for a refund:

  2. Include your Order Number, a brief description, and photo evidence (if applicable).

  3. Our support team will respond within 24 hours.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • No refunds will be issued for orders marked “delivered” by the courier unless proven lost or misdelivered.

  • We do not refund due to personal dissatisfaction or misuse.

  • All refund claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
